Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Clubhouse interface handles information when you browse, connect a wallet, create a club, mint, claim rewards, or use other features.

Last updated August 11, 2026

Information the interface may process

When you connect a wallet or use the interface, Clubhouse may process your public wallet address, network information, public blockchain activity, transaction requests, and information you choose to submit when creating or managing a club.

Clubhouse does not ask for or store your wallet seed phrase or private key. Your wallet provider controls transaction approval and signing.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the interface, display clubs and portfolio activity, prepare requested transactions, index public onchain events, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability and security.

Public blockchain and IPFS data

Blockchain transactions, wallet addresses, token ownership, mints, claims, and contract interactions are public and may be permanent. Club names, artwork, metadata, allowlist information, and other content uploaded to IPFS may also be public and difficult or impossible to remove. Do not submit information you expect to remain private.

Service providers and third parties

The interface relies on third-party infrastructure such as wallet providers, Robinhood Chain RPC and explorer services, hosting and database providers, IPFS services, token launch venues, and external links. Those services may independently process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Clubhouse is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party websites, wallets, networks, or services.

Local storage and operational data

The interface may use browser local storage to remember settings and record acceptance of the current Terms and Risk Disclosure. Hosting, security, RPC, and infrastructure providers may retain technical logs such as IP address, device information, request time, and error details for security and operational purposes.

Data retention and security

Operational information is retained only as reasonably needed to run, secure, and maintain the service or meet legal obligations. Public blockchain and IPFS records are outside Clubhouse's control and may remain available indefinitely.

Reasonable safeguards are used for systems under Clubhouse's control, but no internet, wallet, smart contract, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may disconnect your wallet, stop using the interface, clear local browser storage, and avoid submitting optional information. These actions do not remove information already recorded on a public blockchain, IPFS, or an independent third-party service.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as Clubhouse and the services it uses evolve. Material updates will be reflected by changing the date shown on this page.
